Overview

The report presents the Group's ESG performance for 2022 across its Mainland China department stores, shopping centers and supermarkets, while noting that some companies with insignificant ESG impacts are outside the reporting scope. It assigns overall ESG responsibility to the Board and operates an ESG Committee chaired by the CEO with five task forces.
