Overview

The report describes the Group's 2025 materiality assessment and detailed climate-risk and scenario analysis using IPCC SSPs and NGFS scenarios. It reports 450 employees and no work-related fatalities in the past three financial years. However, the report does not quantify Scope 1, Scope 2 or Scope 3 emissions, stating that analytical and quantitative methods are still under review. Environmental disclosure is limited to the ecological fertiliser segment because the magnesium segment is disclosed separately by REMT.
