Overview

The report covers CH Offshore's tenth year of sustainability reporting and its first year aligning climate disclosures with IFRS S2. It reports FY2025 group Scope 1 emissions of 36,223 tCO2e, location-based Scope 2 emissions of 17,117 kg CO2e, and selected Scope 3 emissions of 192.16 tCO2e. The Group recorded 119 employees, zero workplace fatalities, and 1,285 Lost Time Injury Free Days. It also describes a comprehensive materiality assessment, board-level sustainability oversight, and ISO-certified energy, environmental and occupational health and safety systems.
