Overview

The report presents the Group's 2022 environmental, social and governance practices and performance under the Hong Kong ESG Reporting Guide. It describes Board-led ESG oversight, a stakeholder and operational-management materiality assessment, and an average of 163 training hours per employee. The report also records 2,389 full-time employees at year-end, one work-related death, segment-level environmental data, 1,002 suppliers and RMB780,584 invested in public welfare.
