Overview

The report describes CCAL's 2020-21 sustainability performance across its chlor-alkali, PVC O pipes and salt-field operations, including a 10 MW solar power purchase and a desalination project using treated sewage water. It reports Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions of 4227.96, 94579.84 and 350.73 MTCO2e, respectively, alongside 11565 TOE of total energy consumption. The report also highlights 60,215 m3 of water recycled or reused, zero waste sent to landfill and zero fatalities.
