Overview

The report describes Chesnara's 2024 progress toward becoming a sustainable and net-zero group, including a 50% scope 1 and 2 financed-emissions intensity-reduction target for 2030 and a net-zero target for 2050. Operational emissions fell 25% against the 2023 baseline, while the Group reported 371 year-end employees and 42.9% women on the Board. Sustainability governance was formalised through Board reporting, a Group Sustainability Committee and TCFD disclosures, alongside double materiality assessments in the Dutch businesses.
