Overview

The report describes the Group's 2020 ESG performance for its biochemical business, covering environmental and social impacts across relocated Zhumadian and existing Pucheng operations. It reports 0.13 million tonnes of Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions, 0.96 million gigajoules of total energy consumption, and 6.73 million cubic meters of water consumption. The Group had around 800 employees, recorded zero fatalities, and delivered more than 19,000 aggregate training hours. It also highlights ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications, a finalized Sustainable Sourcing Policy, and community activities including blood donation and river clean-up.
