Community Impact Report

Overview

The report highlights Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's community-centered approach through the South Philadelphia Community Health and Literacy Center, which combines pediatric primary care, a public health center, a library and recreation center. It also describes the Coping Power behavioral-health program implemented in six local schools to expand access for children. At the Karabots Pediatric Care Center, more than 300 volunteers helped create a community garden with about 500 plants.
