Overview

The report presents the Group's 2024 ESG performance across leasing, property development and investment, marine recreation and hotel operations. It reports Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions of 606.1, 701.0 and 56,763.2 tCO2e, respectively, alongside 3,443.1 MWh of total energy consumption and 23,303.8 tonnes of water consumption. The workforce KPI records 230 employees and zero work-related fatalities in 2024. Governance highlights include full Board ESG oversight, a Board ESG Committee, stakeholder-based materiality assessment and expanded Scope 3 accounting.
