Overview

The report describes the Group's 2016 social responsibility performance across governance, employees, poverty alleviation, charity and green banking. It reports 58,023 Group employees, RMB 22.8533 million in Group donations, and RMB 25.478 billion in green-credit loan balances. It also documents analysis of approximately 780 CSR indicators and includes an independent limited assurance report by PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP. The report highlights environmental and social risk controls, employee welfare and targeted poverty-alleviation programs.
