Overview

The report describes strong growth in sustainable finance, with green and sustainable finance loans reaching HK$15.09 billion, up 66.9% year on year, and public-market green and sustainable bond underwriting reaching US$19.61 billion. It also reports an implemented climate-risk governance framework and an 8.2% reduction in total Scope 1 and 2 operational carbon emissions after vehicle and office-efficiency measures. On the social side, more than 1,100 employees participated in over 70 charitable activities benefiting nearly 13,800 people.
