Overview

The report describes the Group's limited, office-based environmental footprint and reports 2022 Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, total energy consumption and non-hazardous paper waste KPIs. ESG governance is Board-led, with an ESG working group coordinating implementation and reporting. The report also describes a three-step materiality assessment covering 21 ESG issues, with five identified as the areas of greatest stakeholder and Group concern.
