Overview

The report presents the Group’s 2024 consolidated financial performance, including total revenue, gains and other income of RMB46.758 billion. It describes an ESG governance architecture in which the Board oversees ESG issues, supported by management and execution-level committees. The Group reported 14,706 employees and RMB12.6965 million in donations during the reporting period. It also highlighted green-operation measures covering energy management, water saving, waste sorting and paperless office initiatives.
