Overview

The report presents a year of operational scale and external recognition for China Modern Dairy. The Group ended 2025 with 456,945 dairy cows and consolidated revenue of RMB12,600,714 thousand. Its MSCI ESG rating was upgraded to A, it received a CDP Management Level rating for the third time, and it was again included in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook. The Group also issued US$350 million of 4.875% sustainability bonds due 2030.
