Overview

The report covers the Group's ESG performance for property investment operations during the period from 1st July 2022 to 30th June 2023. It reports approximately 136,000 kWh of Group electricity consumption and approximately 63 tonnes of CO2 equivalent GHG emissions, while excluding tenant consumption. The report describes Board responsibility for ESG oversight and a three-step materiality assessment. It also records Nil work-related fatalities and no concluded legal cases regarding corrupt practices.
