Overview

The report presents the Group's 2023 environmental and social performance across its property development, commercial operations and hotel management businesses. It reports 4,083.63 tonne (carbon dioxide equivalent) of Scope 1 emissions and 25,910.21 tonne (carbon dioxide equivalent) of Scope 2 emissions, alongside total energy consumption of 65,153,706 kWh and total water consumption of 722,034 cubic meter. The Group had 1,256 employees at year-end and states that it had no work-related fatalities during the reporting year or the preceding two years.
