Overview

The report is the Group's first independently published ESG report for 2023. It places ESG oversight with the Board as the highest decision-making body and describes a stakeholder-based materiality assessment identifying 11 material ESG issues. Reported 2023 performance includes revenue of US$3,606 million, 8,683 employees and Scope 1 greenhouse gas emissions of 278,368.3 Tonne. The report also records zero employee work-related fatalities, while separately disclosing two contractor fatalities during the period.
