Overview

The report covers the Group's 2021 environmental, social and governance performance across its cement, clinker and aggregates operations. It reports total greenhouse gas emissions of 22,896,975 Tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent, total energy consumption of 26,234,440 MWh and total water consumption of 647,562 m3. The Group states that it was not aware of any work-related fatalities during the reporting period and recorded 223 lost working days from minor injuries. It also reports more than RMB 20 million donated for flood relief and more than 300,000 volunteer hours.
