Overview

The report presents the Group's 2022 ESG performance across Hong Kong and Brazil under the Stock Exchange ESG Reporting Guide. It describes Board-led sustainability governance supported by an ESG Task Force and a materiality assessment that identified 20 issues, including 12 highly material issues. Environmental disclosures report 564.45 tonnes of CO2e in Scope 1 and 2 emissions and 816,289.54 MWh of total energy consumption.
