Overview

The report is the Group's second ESG report and covers 1 September 2017 to 31 August 2018 across the Company and its subsidiaries. It reports a workforce of 6,063 staff, with women representing 65.1% of employees. The Group states that there were no work-related injuries or deaths during the period and describes emissions from vehicles alongside electricity, water and natural-gas consumption. Community engagement included extensive volunteer activities and the planting of nearly 220,000 trees.
