Overview

The report describes the Board as the highest ESG responsibility and decision-making body, supported by an ESG Committee and working team. It reports 6,669 employees at year-end, 100% employment-contract signing and social-insurance coverage, and zero work-related deaths in 2023. Environmental reporting covers selected 4S stores, with comprehensive energy consumption of 59,476.22 MWh and extensive resource-conservation measures. The Group also organised 35 public welfare activities involving more than 184 volunteers and donations of RMB308,400.
