Overview

The report describes the company's transition toward a 10-year OEM steel-billet manufacturing agreement, alongside continued renewable-energy expansion. By 31 December 2019, the group had 67.12 MW of commercial solar capacity, including 60.50 MW in Japan and 6.62 MW in Thailand. Consolidated total revenues were 1,554.19 million Baht, while the year also included strategic solar-plant disposals and commissioning of the Aomori project.
