Overview

The report describes the company's responsible sourcing practices, including procurement of diamonds meeting the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme criteria and membership in the Responsible Jewellery Council. It also details implemented environmental protection projects, including energy-saving, emissions-reduction and recycling measures. Employee development was supported by about 3,000 training courses and more than 1,000,000 training hours, while volunteer teams delivered 3,820 service hours during FY2013.
