Overview

The report presents the Group's first ESG report, prepared in accordance with Hong Kong's ESG Reporting Guide and focused on property development and investment. It reports approximately 320 tonnes of Scope 2 electricity emissions and no Scope 1 emissions for the year, while electricity consumption was approximately 400 Mwh and potable water consumption approximately 15,800 cubic metres.
