Overview

The report presents CHYY Development Group Limited's 2025 ESG performance across clean heating, environmental management, workforce practices and governance. The Group reported 21.55 million square meters of renewable-energy-based heating and cooling coverage and approximately 40,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent emissions reductions. It disclosed Scope 1 emissions of 3,016 tonnes and region-based Scope 2 emissions of 383 tonnes, alongside total energy consumption of 824,463 kWh.
