ESG Report

Overview

The report presents CI&T's first ESG report and describes a global ESG governance structure led by an ESG Board Committee. It prioritizes six SDGs around social impact, inclusion, and climate action. For 2021, it reports 40% diversity representation, 22k people impacted by social initiatives, and a first Scope 1 and 2 GHG inventory for the Brazilian operation. It also records CI&T's UN Global Compact signatory status since July 2021.
