The report presents CI&T's 2025 global ESG performance, covering the January-December reporting period and marking the company's 30th anniversary. It reports 7,993 employees, US$489.6 million in revenue, and a global GHG inventory of 7,559.61 tCO2e location-based and 7,511.70 tCO2e market-based. ESG governance was strengthened through the Nominating & ESG Committee, alongside initiatives on diversity, renewable energy and social impact.
