Overview

The report presents CIEL as a five-cluster international investment group with 35,000 employees in investee companies. Group consolidated revenue was MUR 22.61 bn and group profit after tax was MUR 1,090 M. Sustainability was supported by a five-year roadmap, a Board-level Corporate Sustainability Committee and IFC Performance Standards. Environmental and community activity included 15,000 endemic trees planted over 12 years and MUR 14.8M invested in community projects during the year.
