Overview

The report describes CIEL's 2020-2030 sustainability strategy, a workforce of more than 38,000 employees, Group gender-balance initiatives and substantial community programs. It reports carbon emissions of 62,366 tCO2eq, representing a 30% reduction from the prior year. During the year, CIEL also launched a group-wide carbon-accounting exercise including scope 3 emissions, alongside renewable-energy and energy-efficiency projects. The report further documents the Group's international workforce and its approach to inclusive growth.
