Overview

The report highlights CIMB Group's 2013 sustainability activities across community, workplace, marketplace and environment. CIMB Foundation approved RM11,018,100.37 in disbursements for sports, education, community development and donations. The workforce section reports 40,808 employees and a 54% female workforce, while Malaysia-based training averaged 42 learning hours per employee. Environmentally, Menara CIMB received a BCA Green Mark Gold (Provisional) Award, and electricity consumption at the Group's main Kuala Lumpur offices fell 13% compared with 2012.
