Overview

The report highlights CIMB's 2024 sustainable-finance mobilisation, operational emissions reduction, renewable electricity use and board diversity. It reports RM31 billion mobilised in green, social and sustainable impact products and services, a 35.6% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions versus the 2019 baseline, 28% renewable energy in electricity consumption and 36% female directors on the Board. The report also applies double materiality and states that selected sustainability indicators received limited assurance from KPMG PLT.
