Overview

The report presents CIMB's 2024 sustainability performance across ASEAN, including RM31 billion in sustainable finance products and services, a 35.6% operational Scope 1 and 2 reduction from the 2019 baseline, and completion of 2030 decarbonisation target setting for six high-emitting sectors. It also reports RM28.3 million in community investment, over 216,000 volunteer hours and 42% women in senior leadership. The report describes a double materiality assessment, full TCFD compliance, partial IFRS S2 application and limited assurance by KPMG PLT.
