Overview

The report describes Citizens' first materiality assessment and its first Corporate Responsibility report prepared in accordance with GRI Core and aligned with SASB. It reports 2020 Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 42,650 mtCO2e, a 25.1% reduction from the 2016 baseline, alongside targets to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions 30% by 2025 and 50% by 2035. It also highlights a 17,430-person workforce, 57.8% women in the total workforce, and 275,000 training hours.
