Overview

The report covers CityU's environmental performance from July 2018 to June 2019, highlighting waste, energy, water, air quality and campus greening. It reports 1,260,868 kg of total municipal solid waste, including 132,118 kg of food waste recycled, and 35,066.82 Tonnes of CO 2 -equivalent total GHG emissions. Implemented initiatives included the Green Footprint Pledge, No Straw Campus and two IoT reverse vending machines for PET bottle recycling.
