Overview

The report describes Civitas' 2024 progress toward a 40% absolute Scope 1 emissions reduction by 2030, supported by a re-baselined inventory after its Permian Basin expansion. It maintained Scope 1 and 2 carbon neutrality in the DJ Basin and continued implementing a pathway to carbon neutrality in the Permian Basin. The company achieved OGMP 2.0 Level 5 reporting for its DJ Basin Production segment and completed more than 11,000 OGI inspections, with 76% of leaks repaired within 24 hours. Sustainability oversight is led by the Board and its Sustainability Committee.
