Social Impact Report

Overview

The report presents Clarion Housing Group's 2020/21 social impact across affordable housing, resident support, environmental performance and governance. It reports £107 million of social value delivered through Clarion Futures and 2,558 people supported into work. The report also reports 126,500 MWh of energy use and a commitment to reach net zero by 2050. Pandemic-era activity included more than 80,000 wellbeing calls to vulnerable households and expanded employment, money and digital support.
