Overview

The report presents Clarivate's sustainability approach across responsible business, ESG governance, materiality mapping and solutions aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals. It reports $2.63B in 2023 net revenue, 12,345 colleagues and environmental data covering 113 worksites and data centers. The ESG appendix reports 180 tCO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 15,694 tCO2e of location-based Scope 2 emissions and 8,334 tCO2e of Scope 3 business-travel emissions. Workforce disclosures include 50% women in the total workforce and 18% female directors.
