Impact Report

Overview

The report presents ClearBridge's firm-wide ESG integration model, in which one team combines ESG and fundamental research and assigns ESG ratings across the investment platform. It highlights more than 1,000 company meetings each year and engagement examples covering water, energy efficiency, and human rights. The report also compares the Sustainability Leaders Strategy's portfolio carbon intensity with the Russell 3000 Index and maps the firm's ESG framework to the Sustainable Development Goals.
