Overview

The report covers the year ended 30 June 2016, when Group insurance premium revenue was R1,853 million and net profit attributable to ordinary shareholders was R411 million. It highlights the implementation and embedding of the FSB's Treating Customers Fairly initiative through Clientèle's Treating Customers Well approach. The Group also advanced its BBBEE and social-impact activities through YTI cooperation, 450 pairs of school shoes, and donations of 21 computers and three printers to a community centre.
