Overview

The report presents fiscal 2016 sales and profit growth alongside 31% product-portfolio sustainability improvements and cumulative reductions since 2011 of 17% in greenhouse gas emissions, 14% in water usage, 14% in energy usage and 25% in waste-to-landfill. It also highlights becoming a United Nations Global Compact signatory, reporting according to the GRI G4 core option and obtaining limited external review of selected nonfinancial indicators.
