Overview

The report shows continued progress on energy and GHG savings, including a 6.9% like-for-like reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions and completion of 27 Net Zero Carbon Pathway projects. It sets out a Group-wide pathway to 2030 covering Scope 1, 2 and selected Scope 3 reductions, supported by improved sustainability data systems. DNV continued to provide limited independent assurance over key environmental and EPRA sBPR metrics, while social-value initiatives generated £364,500 and employee volunteering reached 856 hours.
