Sustainability Report

Overview

The report is CMC's first sustainability report and covers the CMC Group's 2022 economic, environmental and social performance. It describes a monthly ESG Committee, Board-linked sustainability oversight, and a roadmap spanning sustainability culture, climate, responsible products, and human capital. The report sets a target to reach net-zero carbon emissions for Scope 1, Scope 2, and to the extent possible Scope 3 by 2050. It also reports 573 employees worldwide and detailed performance data on emissions, energy, waste, health and safety, and workforce diversity.
