Overview

The report presents CMOC's 2019 group-wide sustainability performance across its mining operations and management offices. It reports 3,170,000 MWh total energy consumption, approximately 970,000 t CO2e total GHG emissions, and 130 million cubic meters of water consumption. The company had 10,850 employees and reported no fatalities at its mining sites. Community investment totaled RMB207.5 million, including education, health, livelihoods, resettlement, environment and infrastructure projects.
