Overview

The report presents CNH Industrial's first Sustainability Report following the September 2013 merger of Fiat Industrial and CNH. It reports 71,192 year-end employees and consolidated 2013 environmental data, including 8,209,102 GJ of energy consumption, 16.1% renewable energy and 304,007 tons of waste generated. The report also discloses 536,945 tons of total CO2 emissions and describes extensive sustainability governance, materiality analysis and GRI-G4 reporting. SGS Italia S.p.A. independently assured the report.
