Overview

The report presents CNO's 2024 corporate social responsibility priorities across ethical business, customers, associates, responsible investing, environment and community impact. It reports approximately 3,500 full-time associates, a workforce that is 51% women, and 2024 Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions of 1,255 and 7,987 MTCO2e, respectively. Environmental disclosures describe lower water use and emissions, while community efforts generated more than $2.7 million in total community impact and supported about 90 nonprofits.
