Overview

The report describes the Board as ultimately responsible for ESG oversight and the ESG Working group as supporting ESG risk and performance management. FY2025 environmental reporting identifies electricity as the Group's Scope 2 emissions source and reports total energy consumption of 2,590 kWh. The Group had five employees and recorded zero work-related fatalities from FY2023 to FY2025. It also reports paper-saving initiatives and a materiality assessment covering 16 ESG topics.
