Overview

The report presents Codan's FY22 sustainability disclosures for the Codan Group and its controlled entities, prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards: Core option. It describes a sustainability council and whole-board engagement, alongside material topics spanning innovation, people, environment and governance. The report sets a minimum 30% female directorship objective by FY26 and reports combined Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 1,104 tonnes. It also explicitly notes that the Sustainability Report was not externally assured.
