Overview

The report describes Coface's 2019 workforce of 4,273 employees across 57 countries and highlights continued efforts on employee development, engagement and gender equality. Women represented 58% of the Board of Directors, with seven women among 12 directors. Environmental disclosures cover water, energy, travel and vehicle consumption, including 34,847 m3 of reported water consumption and actions to reduce the Group's footprint.
