Overview

The report presents the company's first consolidated sustainability statement prepared in accordance with ESRS and covering the Group on a consolidated basis. It describes a double materiality assessment and reports 2025 energy and GHG metrics, including 117,175 MWh of energy consumption, 10,428 tCO2eq of Scope 1 emissions, and 228,661 tCO2eq of Scope 3 emissions. The climate transition plan and quantitative GHG targets remain under development. The sustainability statement was subject to limited assurance by Deloitte Audit s.r.o.
