Overview

The report describes a challenging FYE 2025, with group revenue of RM333.59 million and loss before tax of RM144.27 million. It also reports total energy consumption of 19,479 MWh and total GHG emissions of 55,613.24 tCO2e across Scopes 1, 2 and 3. Community initiatives received RM100,000, while the Group recorded zero work-related fatalities. Sustainability oversight was assigned to the Board, supported by a Board Sustainability Committee and the Audit and Risk Management Committee.
